S: Vulcan: God of Blacksmiths

BC: By John Clayton | Let us strike true! O Mighty Hephaestus!

1: Mighty Vulcan! Noble Blacksmith of Olympus, Whose hammer always strikes true, I take your trade upon my shoulders, | So i too can be a master of forge. Hephaestus, God of metalworking, Lend me your arm,So that I remain strong.

2: To Finish that which, I have started. As the Emperor calls us to arms, Smiths, we make what we can.

3: Allow me to make arrows, quick as Zeus' lightning, Swords as sharp, as Minerva's' wit.

4: Let the shields we make, shine like Apollo's chariot-drawn sun Passion that erupts in our work. Oh God of fire.

5: Let our hammers ring! Let them forge deadly weapons, and beautiful jewelry.
