I don't know where to start. Can you imagine being trapped in a cage your whole life? Then imagine what it would be like to experience true freedom for the first time in your life. | Imagine
WOW!! | Can you imagine your first breath of freedom, so crisp and cool your lungs sting? Your first breath of real, untamed air since you were an infant. | Can you imagine? The grass is so green and soft that it squished when you walk on it.
Friends are Flowers that Never Fade | The sky, so blue that you think you must be flying because the colors are so vivid. You can almost feel the soft clouds as they hang in the sky.
You see the trees dance all around you. | They are so irresistible green you can't stop yourself from grabbing a handful and snacking on the leaves. | The first real tree you've climbed uncaged and loose in the wild.
Then it all comes back to me. My infant days with my ma-ma and ba-ba. Riding on my ma-ma’s back and watching my ba-ba so gentle, yet a fierce warrior. | If only I could see them again. I'm standing very close to were our nest was. Were we spent to few evenings watching the sun set on the Savannah.
You Make My Sun Shine | I wish I could see them again. They are probably long gone. I'm not even sure if they survived after the humans took me. My father would be proud of me. | As I try to bring back all those long ago memories I get very hungry. Time to hunt for myself for the first time since I was and infant.
Smiles Are Contagious! | As I try to bring back all those long ago memories I get very hungry. | Time to hunt for myself for the first time since I was and infant. | Imagine never being taught what was good to eat and what would hurt you but yet still having to find something to eat.
Where do I even look? Finally I find something that looks tasty hanging from a tree. | It is yellow and it looks like something Charles Horton used to feed me back at the zoo. | I peel off the thick skin and it is squishy inside. It tastes like what Charles called a banah or was that banana?
It's getting dark now. The trees make up the horizon as the sun gets lower and lower setting slowly on your first truly free day. | If only I could spend it with my ma-ma and ba-ba.
live | love | I will spend the night in my old nest just like I used to when I was an infant.
Well I am sitting there, in the distance I hear BAM! BamBamBamBam! | Just like my ba-ba, the great Silver back!
"Pink isn't just a color, it's an attitude" | Can you imagine? Imagine the sun setting on your first free day back in the wild.
