BC: "It seems to me that we have a lot of story yet to tell." -Walt Disney
“Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy.”
The Magic Kingdom | "I only hope we never lose sight of one thing - that it was all started by a mouse" -Walt Disney By far, our favorite park. A place that is full of fun and adventure for all of us. Days filled with enchanted encounters, magic and excitement. We spent a week exploring new lands, dining with royalty and traveling to new frontiers.
"Laughter is timeless. Imagination has no age. And dreams are forever." -Walt Disney
 The Magic | KINGDOM
“Fantasy, if it's really convincing, can't become dated, for the simple reason that it represents a flight into a dimension that lies beyond the reach of time.” -Walt Disney
 Walt Disney | Railroad | 03DEC2012
FAMILY TIME While rolling along from land to land on the WDWRR, we sat back in delight on this simple 20 minute train ride around the Magic Kingdom. It gave us all time to sit, relax, and appreciate the memories we were creating.
"If you keep on believing, the dreams that you wish will come true." -Cinderella
EPCOT Center "When you find you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do." -Walt Disney
Our trip has been absolutely amazing! We were able to celebrate Laurie's birthday at the Coral Reef restaurant. It's not everyday you can experience a meal next to a giant aquarium. Spending time and celebrating with everyone has been the best. Who needs pixie dust for a magical vacation? Not us, we just need family!
 Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow
Hollywood Studios "You unlock this door with the key of imagination, beyond it is another dimension. A dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into . . . The Twilight Zone." -Rod Serling
 Hollywood | STUDIOS
The Osborne Spectacle of Dancing Lights is a breathtaking display of over 350 miles of lights on the Streets of America.
This was the first park we set foot in to start our Disney vacation. It's theme is conservation, respect for wildlife and the earth. With safaris, jungle treks, dinosaurs and an elusive Yeti it was bound to be fun. Fun Fact : If you were to fly over the theme park it is shaped like Africa. "You’ve probably heard people talk about conservation. Well, conservation isn’t just the business of a few people, it’s a matter that concerns all of us." -Walt Disney | ANIMAL KINGDOM
MAHARAJAH JUNGLE TREK We took time to wander the path of the Maharajah Jungle Trek - we discovered too many wild animals to name. Our favorite being the sleeping tigers.
RESORT HOPPING | This is one of my favorite parts of vacation. There is something fun and exciting about going to different resorts and trying and seeing new things. They were fantastically decorated for the holidays, just so warm and festive! We enjoyed everything from breakfast with Mickey and the gang to a Polynesian hula dance. There was so much to explore, to see and to do, from a savannah off the lobby to boardwalk fun and games.
HOOP DEE DOO MUSICAL REVUE | This western-style vaudeville dinner show has been running forever in the Pioneer Hall at Fort Wilderness. It's a vacation classic and and can't be missed. We lucked out and had front row seats! Luckily, Zack was strong enough to hold Zoey down from trying to get on stage. There is something for everyone and the slapstick corny comedy kept us all laughing.
Farewell Disney World... until next time....
