1: Friday, July 10 Long drive west: to Medicine Hat on the 10th (spent the night at the former-Walmart parking lot), to Drumheller on the 11th, and to Calgary on the 12th to meet family at their hotel! Marlies's dad Harry (90!), his girlfriend Amalia, her brother Ton, sister-in-law Rita and their sons Martijn and Sander had a direct flight from Amsterdam.
