1: DAY 1: VENICE | The eruption of Eyjafjallajkull almost prevented our flight from taking off! Fortunately, we were only delayed several hours. | After landing in Venice, Italy, the baggage claim attendants decided to go on strike and hold our luggage for over 3 hours. By the time we got our bags, we had a mere 25 minutes to hail a cab, race to the boat, check-in, and board! Needless to say...we made it! | THE COSTA FORTUNA Our home for the next 7 nights. | The itinerary...
2: "Is the buffet open yet?" | The magnificence of Vencie, Italy with its canals and exquisite architecture. | The view from our balcony
3: DAY 2: BARI, ITALY | The Castello Normanno-Svevo | Basilica of San Nicolo, a.k.a. Santa Claus! | Now, that's what I call an Italian sandwich! Can we say, "YUM?!" | The streets seemed quiet for the second largest city in Italy.
4: The Newlyweds... | CHEERS!
5: DAY 3: OLYMPIA | "You're going down Mr. Verstandig!" | Olympia is the site of the first Olympic games and represents one of the most important mythological places in Greece.
6: KATAKOLON | Even in Greece, a Greek salad is still called a "Greek Salad." But they leave out the lettuce!
7: DAY 4: SANTORINI | Our mode of transportation! Donkeys!!
8: SANTORINI One of the most beautiful places in the world. And the city is built on a volcano! | That's a fine piece of ass! Our ride to the top of the cliff.
9: DAY 4: MYKONOS
10: DAY 5: LINDOS | Our tour guide came straight out of the movie, "My Big Fat Greek Wedding!" She kept telling us the origin of every word in the Greek language. | The Acropolis in Lindos dating back to the 15th century!

12: Local Wildlife in Rhodes
13: The resort in Kalithea where we had the best Greek buffet lunch featuring all of our favorite Mediterranean treats. | It was very hard to leave what is surely paradise. A place we definitely want to revisit.
14: A real life castle in Rhodes! Where every prince and princess belong!
15: One day we will own a mega yacht just like this one--helicopter and all! Well, one can dream! | This was our favorite day of the trip and we didn't want it to end. Afterall, it is sunny 300 days out of the year here!

17: The closest we got to Dubrovnik was the view from the boat! We could not take the tender boats to land due to the weather. | DAY 7: DUBROVNIK

22: Hotel Antiche Figure: Our hotel | Our friend, the birdie, who dined with us at a kosher restaurant by the Jewish ghetto.
23: A true pizza experience. There were 5 pages to decide from! | Our genius business idea...Open up yet another gelato stand in Venice! | FOOD
