1: ITINERARY April 29, 2011 Arrive London May 1 Drive to Amsterdam May 2 Bus and Rhine River cruise to Heidelburg, Germany May 3 Bus thru the Black Forest to Lucerne Switzerland May 5 Travel to Paris May 7 Tour ends & we're on a train to Arras, France May 9 Back to Paris May 10 Home

2: We arrive in London just as William and Kate are kissing on the balcony. | London England

3: The Tower Bridge, not to be confused with the London Bridge, which is in Arizona. | The Bloody Tower | INSIDE THE LONDON TOWER | Traitor's Gate

4: Vauxhall bridge, over the Thames River, which we crossed to get to 'the Mall' | Parliament and Big Ben

5: Westminster Abbey, after William and Kate's wedding | St Pauls, where Charles and Diana married | The Cliffs of Dover, as we leave England on the Channel Ferry.

6: Windmills on the drive to Amsterdam. | The canal dwellings in Amsterdam | Holland

8: The Cologne Cathedral, which took over 600 years to complete, 1248-1880. | GERMANY

12: Lucerne, Switzerland | The Lion of Lucerne commemorating the 600 Swiss Guard soldiers who guarded Marie Antoinette and were all massacred when the French stormed the palace during the French Revolution. | Jesuit Church

13: Cruising on Lake Lucerne | The Christ the Redeemer statue that stands over Rio in Brazil was copied from this one.

14: Mount Rigi, rode to the top in a cog-wheel train, and came down in a gondola. | The tour group | Lynn and Neil

15: A yodeling dinner date | Attended a Garden Party at a local farm | A very condensed Cemetery | The Chapel Bridge walkway in Lucerne, built in the 1400's.
