1: And We Are OFF!
2: First Day in Paris | When we first arrived in Paris we checked in at our hotel then took a walk in the surrounding area. | That night we went on a dinner cruse.
4: The second day we visited the art Museums
7: One of the days we visited famous sites around Paris. These sites included the Arc de Triomuphe, The French Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Le Sacre Coeure,the park where famous artist such as Pablo Picasso painted their art work, Le Consulat a cafe that has been used as a set in a few movies. Also while in Paris Dad and i took a day trip to Versailles.
9: On Easter Sunday we attended The American Church of Paris. After Church we Visited the Eiffel Tower were we made some friends from Denmark and Argentina.
10: We visited Napoleon's Tomb...
11: And Notre Dame!
12: Soon it came time to head on to London..
13: ..When made there we headed to .. The Goring Hotel!
14: London | Once we were settled we took a walk
15: The next day we visited the tower of London and Tower bridge
16: We got up early one morning and went to the Changing of the Guard. | Changing of the Guard and the Royal Muse
17: Then we walked down to the Royal Muse. Thats wear we got to see famous Royal carriages and even some of the queens own horses.
19: During our stay in London we did many things.. While on a walk we were able to visit the hotel that dad had stayed at while on a visit to London he made as a teenager with Aunt Mary Ann. We ate at the Texas Embassy. This restaurant is in the building that used to be the Texas Embassy when Texas was a Country. One night we visited Piccadilly Circus which is the closest thing in the United Kingdom to Times Square. That same night we saw the play Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. We rode the Tube quit often... even though we got lost once or twice! We also had traditional English tea at our hotel. We also went on a day trip to Stone Henge and Bath. We also took one more day trip to Windsor Castle.
20: All too soon it was time to head home... but we sure had a great time!
