2: The San Gabriel Valley Choir have the honor to sing at the Vatican with the Pope at the Feast of the Epiphany Mass at the Saint Peter's Basilica in Vatican City on January 06, 2013 This is the first of many performances during this pilgrimage throughout Italy.
4: St. Peter's Basilica | The Epiphany is a joyous day for Catholics in which they recall the journey of the Three Kings or Magi to pay homage to Baby Jesus. On Sunday, January. 6, 2013, Pope Benedict XVI, 85, was accompanied by the San Gabriel Valley Choir and ordained 4 bishops during this 3 hour mass that was conducted in mainly Latin with Italian and English readings.

11: Chair of Saint Peter The Chair of Saint Peter is a relic conserved in St. Peter's Basilica, enclosed in a gilt bronze casing that was designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini and executed 1647-53. The chair of a bishop is a cathedra. The cathedra in Saint Peter's Basilica was once used by the popes. It was therefore often thought to have been used by Saint Peter himself, but was in fact a gift from Charles the Bald to the Pope in 875.
