We ate out on the patio and listened to Dave Cooke play his acoustic guitar and didgeridoo. | Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, is located in Kata Tjuta National Park. It is sacred to the Aboriginal people and they don't approve of people climbing the rock. As the sun sets the rock changes colours from a bright auburn colour to a deep red at dusk.
