S: An Unforgettable Journey
FC: The Great Outdoors | North Carolina November 2009
HIKING | What a perfect cabin! | Best trip EVER. North Carolina 2009 | Lisa, I wanted to make a book of our trip for you so you know how much it meant to me. That trip was one of the best weeks of my life, and part of it was because you and I shared this awesome experience together. We breathed in the mountain air up there and haven't let it out yet. Thank you for being a part of this memorable time of my life. I hope you enjoy the book. Love, Em (Your Sunshine)
Road trip... wooooo | Em's turn to drive | Had to stop | Just outside Bryson City
Just the start! | Can I Stay? | I knew from here on this trip was going to be the best. | We saw this beautiful sight on our way to the cabin, while taking the back roads.
Little Bear Chalet- The best cabin.
 Our magnificent view
First Night: Hot Tub We would watch the stars each night as we sat in the hot tub. Saw a shooting star. It was cold enough outside that we could bring a cooler of beer outside and they'd stay cool without ice.
Warning: hot tub might speed up effects of alcohol | My singing made you laugh? Or the was it all the beer? | Drink up, buttercup. | I think a case should last us.... the entire trip? No... just the first night.
 Biltmore Estate
Day Two: Biltmore. It was difficult to get up after the night in the hot tub, but man, was it worth it.
One of the most beautiful estates in the country
The view to the back of the property, which stretched as far as the eye could see, was absolutely breath taking.
 You Caught Me
 Good Times
Despite the all-day, constant rain, we had an awesome day meandering the estate. | Day 2: Biltmore
The hangover wore off, and we saw the entire estate... including the winery......
Infamous self-portrait | Need some Biltmore wine... | Despite the constant rain, we made the best of our time spent at the Biltmore. This place was absolutely captivating to say the least, and I like even more that we saw it with holiday decorations.
 Biltmore Winery
After we left the Winery, we went walking around downtown Ashville. This is where we found the best guacamole ever, at La Paz. What a memorable day. It is one I think of when I need to go to my happy place. | La Paz- Ashville, NC
Day 3: We wake up, and it is not raining today, but it was a bit chilly. You know what this meant? Snuggies in the morning. That's right.
Good morning indeed! | Our view that morning from the cabin
Day 3: Hiking in Bryson City and Smoky Mountain National Park
We had so much fun just exploring this day. I remember us both extremely happy.
We were born to be hiking around the world.... obviously.
Self-Portrait Obsessed | I could've sat there all day | You caught me again
Waterfalls, mountains, yeah... no big deal. | Awesome Day | Wolf Watching... lol
This was in Smoky Mountain National Park
We traveled a lot that day. | Enjoying yourself | This waterfall was huge... | Was this the day we saw the wolf? And the same day we had the best hot chocolate ever?
 Let's Move.
Bliss | We should have stayed. For sure. No doubt.
Old railroad bridge that crosses the river than ran throughout Bryson City
Yes, of course I took pictures of everything.
