5: Most of the rainfall is during the summer when there is more heat from the sun to evaporate the lakes and ponds. Even with 4 months of rainfall, there's the other 8 months with less rainfall sometimes causing droughts. Because of the droughts, many farmers went through crop failures.
6: The west African savanna has a variety of animals including lions, cheetahs, hippos, giraffes, elephants and more such as warthogs, baboons, antelope etc... There also many types of herbs and plants such as acacia. | Biotic Factors
