BC: More laws need to be put into place to make any type of bullying a federal crime. More awareness have been made community programs and activists are on the rise. | From a Conflict Perspective, bullies enjoy intimidating and making their victims feel fearful and bad because it gives them (the bully) a sense of empowerment. Most bullies have been a victim of bullying at some point in their lives and perhaps have never dealth with the underlying issues of being bullied.
