1: Dear Diary, Today I started my diet plan. I am currently 16 year old, I'm around 180lb, 5' 7, and I currently live in an apartment. I am a young female sophomore that is constantly bullied at school , and due to that I have a habit of eating away my stress and pain. Also I have an older sister that I am intimated by because I weigh more than her. But today was my last day for my 3,000 calorie diet, starting from tomorrow I'll be starting my 2,200 calorie diet. Goals: -160 in 6 months to a year -work out twice a week -walk a mile once a week
2: Day one Breakfast: - 1 hard boiled egg(without yolk) = 17 Calories - 2 slices of wheat toast = 138 calories - 1 cup of Orange juice = 111 calories - 1 cup of Yoplait nonfat (key lime pie)=100 calories Lunch: - 2 cups Homemade tuna salad w/Mayo = 383 calories k

9: My Exercise Plan
10: DAY 1
12: Dear Diary, Today I'll be starting my exercise plan. Am planning on taking it easy at first, then over time push myself. My current heart rate is 112 while resting. But as I begin exercising I am planning of jacking it up to at least 153. My everyday warm up will be: 15 jumping jacks 15 push ups 15 sit ups Butterfly for 15 seconds Hollywood for 30 seconds each leg Arm cross for 30 seconds for each arm
13: Day one: Today I started my exercise plan and My nutrition plan. So because it is my first day I will start with a simple 30 minute cardio workout. Then jog a lap around the neighborhood. after that i will relax in the jacuzzi and burn off some calories.
14: Day 2 Today i will go into our apartments weight room and walk a semi fast pace for 30 min. Also get on the elliptical for 20 min. Then walk back to my apartment in a slow relaxing pace.
15: Day 3 My breakfast today was a little heavy, so I planned to go with my friend to the park, using our bikes. We'll play tennis and basketball. Then we will enjoy a light lunch and go back and run a lap around the track.
16: Day 4 Today i want to challenge myself to run a mile which is 4 laps on a track. its a little heavy for me but if i want loose weight i have to push myself. Thats all i will do today.
17: Day 5 Today is Friday and I have signed up for a run-a-thon on Sunday. So I will start off with my regular stretches and from there run a mile and a half
