1: Sarah enjoyed watching M*A*S*H & Good times. She was very dramatic in high school
2: Sarah wrote her first stories on a manual typewriter, that her parents gave to her as a gift. She is a wife and has a 5 year old daughter.
3: She keeps a bunch of hens in her back yard She just finished her book What Happened to Goodbye.
4: Sarah, so far, has 10 books published. She is obsessed with Good Morning America.
5: She got to see Jennifer Lawrence in person. She is a huge Basketball fan.
6: Sarah saw Tarzan for the first time with her daughter and thought it was horrible. Both of her parents are professors.
7: Sarah loves to make Magic Bars for her family and friends. she has one brother that is a musician.
8: In High school she covered her room in random quotes and sayings. It took her 3 years to get her first book published.
9: Sarah was born in Illinois in 1970 She teaches writing at UNC.
10: She went to collage at UNC. She has 2 dogs, a couple lizards and hens.
11: The very first published book she wrote was That Summer. Her most popular book is Lock and Key.
12: In high school her favorite band was Pink Floyd. Her favorite books were A Summer to die & Are you there God? It's me Margaret.
13: Sarah grew up in Chapel Hill, NC. Her favorite down time activity is to read.
14: Her books are: Lock & Key, Just Listen, The Truth about Forever, This Lullaby, Keeping the Moon, Somebody like You, That Summer, Dreamland, Along for the Ride, What Happened to Goodbye.

16: The main characters are: Ruby, Nate, Cora, & Jamie. Ruby had a very poor life style until her mom left her and she was forced to move in with her sister.
17: The only thing Ruby has left of home is the key to the yellow house that she wears around her neck. Ruby tried to sneak out and go back to the yellow house the first night at her sisters house.
18: she meets her neighbor Nate that wants to be here friend Ruby refuses to let anybody be her friend or help her.
19: She meets a girl Olivia that went to Jackson,Ruby's old school, as well. Cora, ruby's sister, tries to help Ruby by giving her money but Ruby wants nothing to do with her sister. Ruby finally starts to let people in and even help people herself and she finds out the truth about her mom and her sister that she never would have guessed would be true.
