3: Japan is located on the Eastern side of Asia. It is an Island chained between the North Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Japan. It is on the East side of the Korean Peninsula. | Capital of Japan: TOKYO

5: Population: 127,333,002 99% is Japanese and the 1% is other. 81% of Japan are Shinto and Buddhist and 16% are other.

6: Language Culture, and Society | JAPAN | They like to live in harmony. The parents teach their children how to be harmonious before going to preschool. | In crowded situations, they try to avoid eye contact so they can give the person privacy

7: in Japan, if you turn down a request for somebody, you embarrass them by making them lose there face (dignity) | Japanese is the 6th most spoken language in the world. Over 99% of th e country's population speaking it. It is scarcely spoken outside any region of Japan | If you turn down someones request you say "It's inconvenient" or "it is under consideration

8: Etiquette and customs | In Japan, table manners are very important! | Do not introduce yourself. Wait to be introduced by someone else if possible | If you do not want any more food, you must finish it all, a little amount of food is also acceptable

9: When you enter someones home, you must take off your shoes at all costs. | You cannot arrive late! 5 minutes is acceptable. | Watch where you point your chopsticks when eating! It is considered rude.
