 Jon Zehr Family Memories, 2007
Katie turned 2 on January 1. She very much enjoyed opening her presents, even the tricycle. We knew she would grow into it before long...
Time for a rousing game of rook. | Katie's puppy cake. | What a lovely little 2-year-old!
We didn't get Katie's official 2 year picture taken until spring.

Top: fences are always good for something! Bottom: hard at work...or something.
Another project was building a fence around our front pasture. Harold was kind enough to do the majority of the work. One evening he was over quite late driving in posts. A beautiful sunset...

April 16 means Marcus has a birthday. Some formal pictures.
Marcus loved his calf pen cake. He rather liked his presents also; howeverit's doubtful that the sleeping bag was a huge surprise.
Getting a good picture is hard when working with amateur photographers and amateur subjects!
Top left: Pity the tree or the machine? Top and middle right: Katie learns to use the walkie-talkie. Bottom: odd poses.
Miss Yoder's class of 4th graders went to Poplar Forest for their 3rd Quarter field trip. It was a very hands-on experience. | Laureen, Megan (6) and Katie (2) went along. The girls enjoyed the dress-up corner.
