"Marcello, you must help us... I know that Rodolfo loves me, but he avoids me. My Rodolfo is consumed by jealousy!"
 Goodbye...without any bitterness
 - So you're really leaving? Goodbye dreams of love! - Farewell to suspicions... - and kisses... - and silent resentment... - Which I, as a poet, rhymed with “contentment.”

"I’m glad to hear it! Very glad..." | "Guess whom I saw - Mimi... dressed like a queen!" | (What a load of bull!)
"I saw Musetta in a carriage with two horses and coachmen! I said: 'How’s your heart these days' She laughed: 'I think it stopped beating, or it could be that I can’t feel it through all the velvet!'" | "I’m happy for her!" | (Yeah , right! He can't stand it!)
"I found her in the street, barely able to stand. She said, 'I can’t go on - I’m dying. I want to die with him –maybe he’s waiting for me?'"
"There are so many things I want to say to you but really just one...one that is as big as the sea. As deep and infinite as the sea is my love for you!"
 - Do you remember the first time we met? You were so nervous, and then you lost your key! -And you pretending not to find it... admit it – you found it right away - I was just helping fate. -In the dark you couldn’t see me blushing “Your hand is freezing. Let me warm it for you.” and you took my hand in yours...
There is no need to cry.... I am with you always.
