Meet Your Dad's Got Talent Contest Judges!

In case you haven't heard, we announced our Dad's Got Talent contest earlier this week. We are so excited to see your dad's hidden talent! As you know, there are three ways to win:

1. Our $1,500 grand prize will be awarded to the entry with the most votes, so share share share with friends and family!

2. The second way to win is by being chosen as one of five first place winners by our blogger judge panel. Who are our fabulous five blogger judges? We're so happy you asked. Meet them below! After our contest ends on June 17th, our five judges will choose their personal favorite photos and five winning entrants will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

3. The third way to win is by sharing your entry on Twitter using hashtag #mixbookdad. We will be randomly choosing one winner each week to receive a free Mixbook photo book. You may enter as many times as you'd like! Happy tweeting!

Without further adieu, meet our blogger judges!

LilSugar Associate Editor Rebecca Gruber has Hollywood on speed dial. When she’s not getting the scoop on what celebrity moms Molly Sims, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Katie Couric really want for Mother’s Day, she’s dishing advice on how to stay sane during your tot’s tantrum, cleansing before pregnancy, and the best kid-friendly apps.

Trey BurleyDaddy Mojo

Not another pop culture blog, Daddy Mojo reports from the frontlines about “poop culture” instead. Stay-at-home-dad Trey Burley hosts a support group-type forum for parents with the help of his two young sons, Toddler Mojo and More Mojo. Regular blog series include DIY a Stay-at-Home-Dad Can Do, Dad Spends a Night in the ManCave, The Life and Times of a ___ Month Old, and Daddy Mojo Reads. When he’s not reviewing movies and researching theme park survival tips, Trey contributes to Flack Me and Katie Wagner Social Media. He says, “I'm really excited to see the hidden talents of dads out there.  Be proud, show that hobby—do whatever it is you do for fun.”

Jen MatuskaMommy Instincts

Mommy Instincts writer Jen Matuska began blogging after she married her husband and before her first child was born. Locally manufactured toys, organic kids clothing, and sharing honest thoughts about the struggles and joys of parenting that keep other moms from asking, “Is it just me?” are three of the handful of things that make Jen tick. When she’s not writing for her own site, Jen contributes to The Chicago Mom's, She Hearts It, and Zulily Blog.

Shannon HughesHappy Hour Mom

One half of the Happy Hour Mom team, Shannon Hughes’ role as wife and mom is the definition of on the go. Shannon’s husband’s basketball career keeps her family on its toes—they’ve set up camp in Japan, Dubai, Estonia, and California. Shannon’s travel experience has given her a unique perspective on the international business of being a mom. Via pinning, tweeting, Facebooking, chatting in forums, and blogging about cool Etsy finds and hostess tips, Shannon aims to connect moms across the globe and spark international conversations. Shannon says, "I can't wait to see some creative entries for Mixbook's Dad's Got Talent Father's Day contest, and am thrilled to be part of such a fabulous panel of judges!"

Jen AustinUtah Mom Blog

Jen Austin of Utah Mom Blog isn’t afraid to tackle the big issues: bullying, taking a stand against violence on film, and spanking—just to name a few. Perhaps she doesn’t shy away from controversial topics because of her background as a reporter, investigative journalist, radio host, and United States Air Force police officer. When Austin isn’t serving up fresh opinions on her blog, she’s enjoying the great outdoors with her two sons.
