Mixbook Gift Card Policy

1. Overview

Mixbook E-Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by Interactive Memories, Inc. (“Mixbook,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and can be purchased and redeemed at www.mixbook.com. By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by this Gift Card Policy and Mixbook’s Terms of Service..

2. Purchasing Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for purchase in electronic format only through the Mixbook website (www.mixbook.com). Gift Card purchase through the Mixbook mobile app is not currently supported. Gift Cards may be purchased in denominations ranging from $25 to $500. A Mixbook account is required to complete a purchase.

3. Delivery

Upon purchase, Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address designated by the purchaser. If you or your recipient have not received the Gift Card email, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder. If the Gift Card remains missing, please contact our help team at help.mixbook.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist. Mixbook is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrectly entered email address.

4. Redemption

Gift Cards may be redeemed on the Mixbook website (www.mixbook.com) and through the Mixbook mobile app. A free Mixbook account is required to redeem a Gift Card. Gift Cards are applied to a Mixbook account balance at the time of redemption by the recipient — not at the time of purchase by the gifter. You may redeem a Gift Card by any of the following methods:

(a) Clicking the “Redeem” button in your Gift Card email;

(b) Navigating to My Account > Gift Card within your Mixbook account; or

(c) Entering your Gift Card code directly at checkout.

Multiple Gift Cards may be applied to a single order. Gift Cards may not be applied toward prior purchases, and may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards. Gift Cards are excluded from promotional discount codes and offers. If your order total exceeds your available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

5. Account Balance

Once redeemed, your Gift Card balance is accessible within the “Gift Card” section of your Mixbook account at www.mixbook.com. You may also contact our help team to inquire about your current balance.

6. Account Closure

A Gift Card balance is linked to your Mixbook account upon redemption. Any unused Gift Card balance is forfeited upon voluntary account closure. If you intend to close your Mixbook account, we recommend applying your remaining Gift Card balance to a purchase prior to doing so, or contacting our help team for assistance.

7. No Expiration Date or Fees

Mixbook Gift Cards have no expiration date. Mixbook does not charge any service, maintenance, dormancy, or other fees in connection with Gift Cards.

8. Restrictions

• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or recharged after issuance.

• The balances of multiple Gift Cards cannot be combined onto a single new Gift Card.

• Gift Cards may not be transferred for value, resold, or exchanged for cash or checks, except as required by applicable law.

• Gift Card balances may not be transferred to a credit card or any other external payment account.

• Gift Card balances associated with one Mixbook account may not be transferred to another Mixbook account.

• If applicable law requires us to redeem a Gift Card for monetary value, Mixbook reserves the right to do so by any lawful means, including cash, check, or electronic transfer.

9. Returns

Gift Cards are non-refundable. If you return merchandise originally purchased in whole or in part with a Gift Card, any applicable refund will be credited back to your Mixbook Gift Card balance.

10. Fraud Prevention

Mixbook reserves the right to reject, cancel, or void any Gift Card that we reasonably believe was obtained, used, or redeemed fraudulently or in violation of this Policy. In cases of suspected fraud, Mixbook may also suspend or terminate the associated account, and/or pursue available legal remedies.

11. Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser at the time of purchase. Mixbook is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD FAILS TO FUNCTION PROPERLY DUE TO AN ERROR ATTRIBUTABLE TO MIXBOOK, OUR SOLE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

13. Governing Law and Policy Updates

By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, govern this Gift Card Policy and any disputes arising in connection with it.

Mixbook reserves the right to modify this Gift Card Policy at any time, subject to applicable law. Continued use of Gift Cards following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
