DOG MONTH GIVEAWAY!

Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

1. Administrator: Interactive Memories, Inc. (“Mixbook”)
2. Sponsors: This giveaway is sponsored by Know Your Pet DNA by Ancestry and Mixbook.
3. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18+. Employees of either Sponsor and their households are not eligible.
4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

a) Follow both @mixbook and @yourpetdna on Instagram

b) Submit a photo of your dog via the entry form on the giveaway landing page: mixbook.com/site/partner/knowyourpetdna2

5. Entry Period: Starts 8/12/2025 and ends 8/16/2025 at 11:59 PM PT. Entries outside of this window are not eligible. Limit one entry per person.

6. Prizes: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Know Your Pet DNA Breeds Kit (MSRP: $99) and one (1) $75 Mixbook credit.

7. Selection and Notification: Winners chosen at random by Administrator. Winners will be contacted within five (5) business days after the Giveaway ends.

8. Use of Entries

a) By entering the Giveaway, you grant the Sponsors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submitted photo, your name and/or social media handle in connection with the Giveaway.

b) Specifically, submitted dog photos will be displayed publicly on the Giveaway landing page. If selected as a winner, your photo may also be featured in social media announcements, including but not limited to Instagram Stories.

c) You retain all ownership rights to your photo, and usage by the Sponsors is limited to promotional purposes related to this Giveaway.

9. General Conditions: Administrator reserve the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time. Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors from any liability related to this giveaway.

10. Privacy: Information submitted as part of this Giveaway will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of Know Your Pet DNA by Ancestry and Mixbook.
